Agenda:

1. Partnership venture on efforts to form a team member to start a long term commitment to deliver the construction and management of a proposed cemetery.
2. Determine the percentage of responsibility, investments, interests, compensation of each member economically to lead to a perpetual limited royalty that can run indefinitely.
3. Significant difference, field of expertise, knowledge and passion of the group team aiming for a legitimate and honest service to carry out each of their duties are valuable and most effective source to elicit client/property owner's response and their approval of the cemetery plot..
4. Brainstorm ideas to translate a visionary depiction and illustration of the final layout of the proposed cemetery that will help to manifest the virtual proposed cemetery.
5. Identity and discuss target market and territory, marketing and sales approach, financing or installment, upkeep and maintenance, and contract agreement procedures and contents.

Action Items:

• Draw or sketch the initial layout of the finished and populated cemetery.
• Draw to scale in the future to a miniature replica of the proposed cemetery.
