I got it to work already. Thanks for the procedure and I will use it next time.

Of course, since my suggestion is new with your setup it`s is still fresh and raw that need a little more exploration. It needs to be studied, examined, tweaked and tested before and after making it useful for public service. Just imagine how much time and effort, may be salary that the company can save beside relieving out the customers of their frustration. Think about all the possible benefits that it can give.

For your personalized security concern you can put 1,2, or 3 personalized questions that only the account holder knows and add a disclaimer notice. I know that there are more solutions that can further strengthen the security if people just try to use a little of their intelligent. I wish I could show how much advantage this will bring forward your customer service.

Regards,

Nilo Angue

Sir/Mom,

I emailed you yesterday for help. I am sorry for the troubles but who else will help me to reset the PW. I am pretty sure that this is a common issue that you dealt with all the time. I forgot my password and I cannot used the default 123456 PW again to reset a new one. Would it be better to have the default 123456 PW to always reset the PW at all times in case something like this happen? Would it better if a PW confirmation notification in details can be sent Text to the cell number after a change has been made? What`s you`re idea?

Waiting for your help.

Regards,
Nilo Angue

Dear Mr. Angue,

Thank you for seeking our assistance.

W-PIN or Wireless Personal Identification Number is required before you can perform any Smart Money phone transaction. You may use the default W-PIN 123456 if you have not assigned a new one yet.

Moreover, you may refer to the procedure below on how to change your W-PIN:

> Go to Smart Menu and select Smart Money.
> Choose Card Mgmt.
> Select Change PIN.
> Select the name of the card.
> Choose W-PIN then enter your current W-PIN. Press OK.
> Enter your new W-PIN.
> Re-enter your new W-PIN. Press OK.
> You will receive a confirmation message that PIN change has been completed.

We hope this information helps, Mr. Angue. If you have other concerns or queries, please feel free to email us again.

Sincerely,

Lei

Subject: Smart Money W-PIN

Sir,

I just recently deposited money in my Smart Money and activated my phone number for the first time. I am trying to buy some load to my cell, it prompt me with W-PIN. I have no idea what is this. I`d tried calling the hotline 8457777 and 15177 but I cannot go through even though I still have a PHP20 balance.

Do you think you can help me?

Sincerely,
Nilo Angue
